This session includes traditional Japanese, Chinese, and Latin American Shamanic energy work techniques to address imbalances and connect your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual bodies. I was already dealing with a congenital vascular malformation that I’d been (unsuccessfully) managing since I was born and now I was being diagnosed with endometriosis. I had been speculating I had this condition because I had been suffering so severely since I started my period at age 11. Needless to say, the doctor’s weren’t providing many options and I was miserable. I needed to find ways to manage the toll it was taking both emotionally and physically! As I began to work with Ash, I started to develop a sense of hope and ability to cope amongst such uncertainty and pain. It’s now 2021 and I find myself living abroad, 6 hours ahead, and in the throes of deep heartbreak in the aftermath of a particularly abusive relationship. I reconnected with Ash during this time as I was struggling to keep my spirit above water. But let me tell you, not much has changed, even if a whole ocean away and a Zoom session connecting us. While I miss the beauty of face-to-face connection (who doesn’t these days?!), our online sessions have been invaluable, providing the healing, support, and where-do-I-go-from-here answers that are bolstering me on my journey to reclaiming my energy and finding a sense of peace again.
